What happens if I fail the desktop assessment?

One of our team members will give you a call to talk through why you may have failed the desktop assessment. Some reasons could be: 

Roof conditions: 

• Insufficient suitable roof space for required panel count 

• Excessive shading from trees, buildings or structures 

• Problematic roof orientation (heavily south-facing in Australia) 

• Unsuitable roof material or condition (asbestos, structurally unsound) 

Site limitations: 

• Heritage overlay restrictions 

• Body corporate or strata limitations 

• Bushfire zone requiring additional safety measures 

• Clearly insufficient space for battery installation
