What happens if I don’t provide a copy of my electricity bill?

If you don't provide a copy of your electricity bill: 

  • Grid Application delays: Your bill provides us with your house National Metering Identifier (NMI) and Meter number, these are required to complete your grid application.  
  • Estimated Savings May Be Inaccurate: We will have to use estimated electricity use values, which may not reflect your actual usage, leading to less accurate savings estimates. 
  • NSW Peak Demand Reduction Scheme (PDRS) Application Delays: Without your electricity bill, we cannot proceed with the PDRS application, which is necessary for your solar installation.
