Our expert team will use your recommendation and your feedback to create a personalised design for your home.

Site Assessment

Once happy with your design, you can request your free Site Assessment.

During a Site Assessment one of our accredited installers will visit your home to plan your installation and generate your detailed quote. You'll be able to discuss elements like where best to position your battery and any work required prior to your install.

Personalised Quote

Your installer will create your personalised quote and installation plan, including locations for your solar panels and battery.

Your quote also reflects any subsidies/government rebates, and any variations bespoke to your home.

Accept and Deposit

Secure your quote by simply accepting and paying your deposit online.

For subscription packages, the deposit is equal to 2 monthly payments.

For upfront purchases, the deposit is calculated based on your location. Read more in our FAQs.

Book Your Install

Once your deposit is paid we find a day & time that works for you and your installer.

Your installation will be completed by the same accredited installer who completed your Site Assessment.

Install

Your installer will install your solar, battery and hardware. They'll also set you up with the battery app.

Our installers are all accredited and hold the necessary compliance certificates. They'll confirm your system is working and compliant, and submit details of your installation for our team to review.

Note: some states require an independent electrician to assess your installation before turning everything on. We will organise this for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is the deposit?

Subscription 
The deposit for subscription purchases is 2 months' subscription (or $200, whichever is greater), paid before installation.

Monthly billing will start 3 months after your installation.

Outright
The deposit for outright purchases is 10% of your purchase price, paid before installation.

What is my subscription term?

Subscription terms are 10 years, but you have the option of paying out at any time.

Your payout amount is calculated based on the outstanding hardware amount. A small administration fee is payable when you payout.

What is included in subscription that I don't get when I pay outright?

Subscription plans include:

  1. Energy Optimisation: Your subscription includes our Smart Energy Software which intelligently maximises your self-consumption (how much of your solar & battery power you use in your home) and savings from your Ki
  2. Enreal Home Energy app: You will get access to our exclusive Home Energy app. The app enables you to see performance data and savings from your Home Energy Kit.
  3. Monitoring: Your Home Energy Kit is remotely monitored to ensure your Home Energy Kit is functioning as it should.
  4. Support: We're here for you throughout your subscription term with a dedicated Support team as well as resources and FAQs.

 

Is my subscription a loan?

No. Our subscription is not a credit product.

Your monthly subscription cost is derived from the cost of your Hardware and installation, plus the additional subscription services ('What is included in subscription that I don't get when I pay outright').

Importantly, your monthly subscription payment does not include any interest payments.

Can I salary package my Enreal subscription like my car?

No, home electrification products are not eligible for salary packaging.

Your monthly subscription cost will be paid separately from your post-tax salary.

Who will install my Enreal Kit?

At Enreal we only use our network of accredited installers.

We vet every installer to ensure they have the right certifications and uphold our high standards of safety and compliance.

Every Enreal installation comes with a 5-year warranty on workmanship.

I want a larger battery, or more solar panels than I see listed in one of your packages. Is that possible?

Absolutely. As the Sungrow battery is modular in design, we can provide even larger sizes than we have listed.

Our Engineers who design your Kit for your home, will customise it for your house & roof space. If we can fit more panels, we'll always give you that option. This would be represented in your design & quote as a variation.

For a subscription agreement, this variation cost would be divided across all your monthly payments.
