Want to Make a Complaint?

If you've had a bad experience with us or our products, we want to hear about it so we can figure out what went wrong and fix it.

Here’s how you can make a complaint:

  • Call Customer Care: care@enreal.com.au, 9am to 5pm AEDT, Monday to Friday
  • Email: care@enreal.com.au (Subject: Formal Complaint)
  • Write to us: Enreal Customer Resolutions, Level 33, 2 Southbank Boulevard, Southbank VIC 3006. (Please mark it “Formal Complaint”)
